Shipping and Delivery Information

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping to only domestic addresses (not including HI and AK). All shipments are UPS ground. Precision Motion DOES NOT offer any expedited shipping options online. If you expedited shipping,
please call our customer service representative at (909) 783-0425.

How you compute the total shipping costs?
We offer a flat-rate fee for most orders. Certain orders will qualify of free shipping. Some orders will have special processing due to irregular weight or size.

Do you send packages COD (Cash On Delivery)?
Precision Motion DOES NOT allow COD orders. All orders must be pre-paid.

Do you have any restrictions on what you can ship?
We cannot ship flammable or hazardous substances on airplanes, which means that these goods can only be delivered by ground shipping only.

Can you ship to an address other than the one on my credit card billing statement?
We can ship to alternative, or 3rd party addresses. However, this usually requires that you are a previous customer already, or you have made special arrangement with us beforehand. We reserve the right not to ship packages to any address that we feel may be suspect.  We can only ship US mail to APO boxes.

What happens if my package becomes damaged?
If you package was damaged in shipment, you must immediately notify the carrier via phone (1-800-PICK-UPS). They will initiate a claims process on the damaged package.  After calling the carrier, please call us at (909) 783-0425, and notify us of the damage.  We will make arrangements with you to replace the parts that were damaged.

What happens if my package is lost?
In general, we have very few problems with lost packages with any of our carriers.  If you believe your package is lost, please email us at contact@pmporsche.com, or call us at (909) 783-0425, and we will do our best to track it down.

How can I track the status of my order/shipment?
After an order is submitted, processed, and shipped, Precision Motion will email you a tracking number for the package(s). Under certain circumstances, an order will may not have the same process for tracking. If this occurs, Precision Motion will contact you with the proper information regarding your order.

What's the best method for shipping to Canada?
Precision Motion DOES NOT ship to Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
